Preparing Neurodiverse Youth for the Workplace
Thank you for your interest in The Arc of Philadelphia’s educational resource developed through the support of the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education (BSE) /PaTTAN in collaboration with The Arc of Philadelphia, and the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR).
The objective of this material is to share practical strategies and lessons to be used by facilitators, participants, and candidates whose goal it is to better prepare people on the autism spectrum for success in the workplace.
In the spirit of sharing ideas with facilitators, the materials are offered with the conviction that everyone should have the freedom to use, customize, improve, and redistribute educational resources. Upon access to the materials, you are accepting them at no charge, and verify their use for educational purposes only. You and your organization will not charge for or sell the materials and must recognize the source as The Arc of Philadelphia.
Offering these materials to you is an effort to make capacity-building more accessible and more effective; the content aims to provide a more personalized, engaging learning experience. This site is a space to access our training materials and participate in the conversation about improving resources for persons with autism.
There is no need to become a member of this site. All are welcome to access the materials. Thank you!
